Convenient studio The Bliss by Unity Condo
The studio offers a double bed, kitchen and dining area, private balcony, as well as an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Cook your own meals in the kitchen that has all the appliances for self-catering, including a stovetop, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery, and kitchenware. There is a washer in the unit, which is perfect for longer stays.
The Bliss by Unity Condo is nestled on a hillside in a quiet location and ensures a pleasant stay with popular amenities such as a rooftop sea view pool, a sundeck with loungers, a fitness room, covered parking, and 24-hour security with CCTV surveillance.
PLEASE NOTE: For bookings of 4 weeks and longer, electricity usage is charged separately at 7 baht per kWh. Please close windows when the AC is on and turn off all lights when leaving. Cleaning service during your stay is available upon request for an additional fee of 750 baht, including a change of linens and towels (advance booking required). Late check-in is available upon request at no extra charge.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 45 days prior to arrival. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of ฿5,000.00. Instead of directly charging for the damage deposit, a hold will be placed on the payment card on file upon arrival. It will be automatically released on 7 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
We offer free cancellation until 14 days prior to check in on Full rate (no discount) bookings.
If you cancel between 8-13 days prior to check in, we offer a 50% refund.
Cancellations within 7 days of check in are non-refundable.
Discounted bookings are non-refundable

This apartment is a private home, we expect our guests to respect our place and follow the Condo's rules.
Garbage must be taken to the garbage area near elevators to avoid insects and bad odors.
Kitchen utensils and dishes must be washed daily and before check out for sanitary reasons.
Strictly non smoking policy. If smoking inside the apartment, we will charge a minimum of 5000 baht fee.
No parties or events, quiet hours 10pm-8am. No pets. No shoes inside.
Children must be supervised, especially around pool areas. Running and diving are not allowed as any other dangerous or unsafe activities. Total number of occupants should not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
