The house is spread over two levels. On the ground floor, you'll find an open-plan living room with a comfy sofa, large TV, kitchen and dining areas, as well as a guest bathroom with a shower. Private Wi-Fi and cable TV are available for entertainment or work.
Cook your meals or prepare beach snacks in the equipped kitchen, complete with a stovetop, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, and necessary kitchenware. There is a washer in the house, which adds more convenience for longer stays.
Upstairs, there are two cozy bedrooms and a second bathroom with a shower. One bedroom has a private balcony facing a quiet street.
PLEASE NOTE. Electric usage is not included in the rate and will be charged separately at 7 baht per unit.
Cleaning service during your stay is not included in the price but can be arranged for an extra fee. The cost is 1500 baht per cleaning, which includes a change of linen and towels. Please book 48 hours in advance.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 45 days prior to arrival. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of ฿10,000.00. Instead of directly charging for the damage deposit, a hold will be placed on the payment card on file upon arrival. It will be automatically released on 7 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
We offer free cancellation until 14 days prior to check in on Full rate (no discount) bookings.
If you cancel between 8-13 days prior to check in, we offer a 50% refund.
Cancellations within 7 days of check in are non-refundable.
Discounted bookings are non-refundable

Rules
This house is a private home, we expect our guests to respect our place and follow the Residence’s rules.
Garbage must be taken to the garbage area to avoid insects and bad odors. Kitchen utensils and dishes must be washed daily and before check out for sanitary reasons.
Strictly non smoking policy. If smoking inside the house, we will charge a minimum of 5000 baht/bedroom fee.
No parties or events, quiet hours 10pm-8am. No pets allowed. No shoes inside.
Children must be supervised, especially around pool areas. Running and diving are not allowed as any other dangerous or unsafe activities. Fireworks and lanterns are not allowed as they are a fire hazard.
Total number of occupants should not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
