The Residence Resort & Spa Retreat is tucked away in a quiet, natural area close to Bangtao Beach. Conveniently located within a 5-10 minutes drive to Laguna, Boat Avenue, Bang Tao Night Market, restaurants, shopping, and spas. We recommend renting scooters or a car to fully explore the area and the island.
Please note. Electricity usage of 50 kw/day is included in the price, with extra usage charged at 7 baht/kw. Please close windows and doors when using the AC, and turn off lights and the AC when you're not at home.
A cleaning service is available at an extra fee of 2100 baht, which includes linen and towel changes. Advance booking is required.
Late check-in is available free of charge upon request.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 45 days prior to arrival. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of ฿15,000.00. Instead of directly charging for the damage deposit, a hold will be placed on the payment card on file upon arrival. It will be automatically released on 7 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
We offer free cancellation until 14 days prior to check in on Full rate (no discount) bookings.
If you cancel between 8-13 days prior to check in, we offer a 50% refund.
Cancellations within 7 days of check in are non-refundable.
Discounted bookings are non-refundable

This villa is a private home, we expect our guests to respect our place and follow the House rules.
Garbage must be taken to the garbage area to avoid insects and bad odors.
Kitchen utensils and dishes must be washed daily and before check out for sanitary reasons.
Strictly non smoking policy. If smoking inside the house, we will charge a minimum of 5000 baht/bedroom fee.
No parties or events, quiet hours 10pm-8am. No pets. No shoes inside.
Children must be supervised, especially around pool areas. Running and diving are not allowed as any other dangerous or unsafe activities.
Total number of occupants should not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
