This apartment offers a king size bed, closet, kitchen for self-catering, as well as an en-suite bathroom. The balcony has chairs and overlooks Patong hills and the city. AC is there for your convenience. TV with cable channels.
Cook your own meals in the kitchen that have all the appliances for self-catering, including a stovetop, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery & kitchenware.
Emerald Terrace Resort provides 24hr security, CCTV cameras and smoke alarm systems. Free shuttle to the beach and Jungceylon Mall 3 times a day.
PLEASE NOTE. For bookings over 4 weeks, electricity is not included in the rate and will be charged at 7 baht per kW used. Daily cleaning service is not included but can be arranged for an additional fee of 750 baht, which includes a change of linen and towels. Late check-in is available free of charge upon request.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 45 days prior to arrival. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of ฿5,000.00. Instead of directly charging for the damage deposit, a hold will be placed on the payment card on file upon arrival. It will be automatically released on 7 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
We offer free cancellation until 14 days prior to check in on Full rate (no discount) bookings.
If you cancel between 8-13 days prior to check in, we offer a 50% refund.
Cancellations within 7 days of check in are non-refundable.
Discounted bookings are non-refundable

This apartment is a private home, we expect our guests to respect our place and follow the Condo's rules.
Garbage must be taken to the garbage area near elevators to avoid insects and bad odors.
Kitchen utensils and dishes must be washed daily and before check out for sanitary reasons.
Strictly non smoking policy. If smoking inside the apartment, we will charge a minimum of 5000 baht fee.
No parties or events, quiet hours 10pm-8am. No pets. No shoes inside.
Total number of occupants should not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
