The Privilege Residence is located near Kalim Beach in a serene area. Its elevated position offers stunning views, and guests can enjoy access to a rooftop swimming pool (key card access required), a fitness room with a sauna, sun deck, and the Sky Bar Restaurant, where breakfast and lunch are available for an additional fee.
Please note. Electricity usage of 30 kWh/day is included in the price. Extra will be charged at 7 THB/kWh. Please close windows and doors when AC is on. Turn off the AC and lights when not in use.
Cleaning service during your stay is available for an additional fee of 1600 baht, including a change of linens and towels. Late check-in is available free of charge upon request.
Guests are required to provide passport copies for all members of their party prior to arrival, as per building administration requirements.
The apartment is located in Building A of The Privilege Residence, perched atop a hill. Please request to be dropped off at the back entrance (on Soi Phrabaramee 8/1). A detailed map with directions will be provided.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 45 days prior to arrival. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of ฿7,500.00. Instead of directly charging for the damage deposit, a hold will be placed on the payment card on file upon arrival. It will be automatically released on 7 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
We offer free cancellation until 14 days prior to check in on Full rate (no discount) bookings.
If you cancel between 8-13 days prior to check in, we offer a 50% refund.
Cancellations within 7 days of check in are non-refundable.
Discounted bookings are non-refundable

This apartment is a private home, we expect our guests to respect our place and follow the Hotel’s rules.
Garbage must be taken to the garbage area to avoid insects and bad odors.
Kitchen utensils and dishes must be washed daily and before check out for sanitary reasons.
Strictly non smoking policy. If smoking inside the apartment, we will charge a minimum of 5000 baht/bedroom fee.
No parties or events, quiet hours 10pm-8am. No pets. No shoes inside.
Total number of occupants should not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
