The open-concept living space features comfortable furnishings ideal for both short and long-term stays. The living area flows seamlessly into a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, leading out to a large terrace with panoramic ocean and mountain views.
The bedroom boasts a king-size bed, wardrobe, and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and deep soaking tub. Cook your own meals in the kitchen, which is stocked with all the necessary appliances, including a stovetop, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and toaster. There is also a washing machine in the unit for your convenience.
Enjoy access to the building's resort-style amenities, including a rooftop swimming pool (accessed with a provided key card), fitness room with a sauna, sun deck with loungers, children's pool, and on-site Sky Bar Restaurant (breakfast and lunch available for an additional fee, not included in our price).
Electric usage of 30 kw/day is included in the rate, extra usage will be charged at 7 baht/kw. Cleaning during your stay is not included in the price, but can be arranged at an extra fee. Cost is 800 baht and includes linen and towels change. Please book 48 hours in advance. Late check-in is available on request free of charge.
As per request by the Building administration we require passport copies of all guests in advance of the stay.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 45 days prior to arrival. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of ฿5,000.00. Instead of directly charging for the damage deposit, a hold will be placed on the payment card on file upon arrival. It will be automatically released on 7 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
We offer free cancellation until 14 days prior to check in on Full rate (no discount) bookings.
If you cancel between 8-13 days prior to check in, we offer a 50% refund.
Cancellations within 7 days of check in are non-refundable.
Discounted bookings are non-refundable

This apartment is a private home, we expect our guests to respect our place and follow the Hotel’s rules.
Garbage must be taken to the garbage area to avoid insects and bad odors.
Kitchen utensils and dishes must be washed daily and before check out for sanitary reasons.
Strictly non smoking policy. If smoking inside the apartment, we will charge a minimum of 5000 baht/bedroom fee.
No parties or events, quiet hours 10pm-8am. No pets. No shoes inside.
Total number of occupants should not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
