Our cozy one-bedroom apartment boasts an open-concept living and dining area with a comfortable lounge space, complete with a sofa and TV. Stay connected with high-speed private WiFi, ideal for both entertainment and remote work. Step through the sliding glass doors to your private balcony, perfect for enjoying the fresh ocean breeze. For added convenience, the unit includes a washer, making it ideal for longer stays.
The bedroom features a queen-size bed, a wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Whip up home-cooked meals or prepare beach snacks in the fully equipped kitchen, which includes a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, toaster, and cookware.
Electricity usage of 30 kWh per day is included in the rate, extra usage will be charged at 7 baht/kw according to meter readings. Please close windows when the AC is on. Turn off the AC and all lights when you leave the apartment.
Cleaning service during your stay is available upon request for an additional fee of 750 baht, including a change of linens and towels (advance booking required). Late check-in is available upon request at no extra charge.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 45 days prior to arrival. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of ฿5,000.00. Instead of directly charging for the damage deposit, a hold will be placed on the payment card on file upon arrival. It will be automatically released on 7 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
We offer free cancellation until 14 days prior to check in on Full rate (no discount) bookings.
If you cancel between 8-13 days prior to check in, we offer a 50% refund.
Cancellations within 7 days of check in are non-refundable.
Discounted bookings are non-refundable

Please let us know your expected arrival time in advance.
Strictly non smoking policy. If smoking inside the property we will charge a minimum of 5,000 baht fee.
No shoes inside the property. All garbage and perishables must be disposed of and dishes washed before departure.
Children must be supervised, specially around pool areas. Running and diving are not allowed as any other dangerous or unsafe activities. BBQ, fireworks and lanterns are not allowed as they are fire hazard.
Cleaning is not included in the price, cleaning will be charged 600 baht if required. Please book your cleaning with minimum 24 hours advance notice.
Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am
No pets allowed
Total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
