The villa spans two floors, featuring three bedrooms upstairs. Each bedroom is beautifully furnished with comfortable bedding, air conditioning, and its own private bathroom. Two bedrooms offer king beds, and the third includes a sofa bed. The master bedroom also features a large private balcony.
On the ground floor, an open-plan living and dining area seamlessly connects to a fully equipped kitchen, blending indoor and outdoor living for a truly immersive experience. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need for self-catering, including a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery, and kitchenware.
The highlight of the villa is the private 9-meter pool, designed for relaxation and enjoying the tropical weather. Spend blissful hours near the pool lounging on sunbeds, diving into a captivating book, or taking refreshing dips to cool off under the warm sun.
Electricity usage of 70kw/day is already included in the price. Extra usage will be charged at 7 baht/kw. Please close windows and doors when using the AC and turn off the AC and lights when leaving the villa.
Cleaning service during the stay is available upon request for an additional fee.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 45 days prior to arrival. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of ฿15,000.00. Instead of directly charging for the damage deposit, a hold will be placed on the payment card on file upon arrival. It will be automatically released on 7 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
We offer free cancellation until 14 days prior to check in on Full rate (no discount) bookings.
If you cancel between 8-13 days prior to check in, we offer a 50% refund.
Cancellations within 7 days of check in are non-refundable.

This villa is a private home, we expect our guests to respect our place and follow the House rules.
Garbage must be taken to the garbage area to avoid insects and bad odors.
Kitchen utensils and dishes must be washed daily and before check out for sanitary reasons.
Strictly non smoking policy. If smoking inside the house, we will charge a minimum of 5000 baht/bedroom fee.
No parties or events, quiet hours 10pm-8am. No pets. No shoes inside.
Children must be supervised, especially around pool areas. Running and diving are not allowed as any other dangerous or unsafe activities.
Total number of occupants should not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
