The villa spans two floors and features a modern design with an open-plan living and dining area, a fully equipped European-style kitchen with an island, and four cozy bedrooms with king-size beds and air conditioning. One bedroom is located on the ground floor and offers direct pool access, making it perfect for elderly guests. The spacious en-suite master bedroom and two additional guest bedrooms are on the second floor. A washer is also available at the villa for added convenience.
Step outside to your own private oasis. The backyard features a tropical garden, perfect for lounging and outdoor activities, while the pool deck, surrounded by vibrant plants, includes loungers for relaxing by the private pool.
Electricity usage of 70kw/day is already included in the price. Extra usage will be charged at 7 baht/kw. Please close windows and doors when using the AC and turn off the AC and lights when leaving the villa.
Cleaning service during your stay is not included in the rate but can be arranged for an extra fee.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 45 days prior to arrival. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of ฿15,000.00. Instead of directly charging for the damage deposit, a hold will be placed on the payment card on file upon arrival. It will be automatically released on 7 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
We offer free cancellation until 14 days prior to check in on Full rate (no discount) bookings.
If you cancel between 8-13 days prior to check in, we offer a 50% refund.
Cancellations within 7 days of check in are non-refundable.
Discounted bookings are non-refundable

This villa is a private home, we expect our guests to respect our place and follow the House rules.
Garbage must be taken to the garbage area to avoid insects and bad odors.
Kitchen utensils and dishes must be washed daily and before check out for sanitary reasons.
Strictly non smoking policy. If smoking inside the house, we will charge a minimum of 5000 baht/bedroom fee.
No parties or events, quiet hours 10pm-8am. No pets. No shoes inside.
Children must be supervised, especially around pool areas. Running and diving are not allowed as any other dangerous or unsafe activities.
Total number of occupants should not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
