It features floor-to-ceiling windows for abundant natural light, a spacious private balcony with a jacuzzi, and stunning panoramic views of the mountains and city. The living area includes a sofa, a dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen for self-catering.
The apartment has two elegant bedrooms with cozy beds, wardrobes, and air conditioning, plus one bathroom with a shower.
PLEASE NOTE. Electric usage is not included in the price, it will be charged at 7 baht/kw. Water usage is included.
Housekeeping every 2-3 days is already included in the price.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 45 days prior to arrival. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of ฿7,500.00. Instead of directly charging for the damage deposit, a hold will be placed on the payment card on file upon arrival. It will be automatically released on 7 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
We offer free cancellation until 14 days prior to check in on Full rate (no discount) bookings.
If you cancel between 8-13 days prior to check in, we offer a 50% refund.
Cancellations within 7 days of check in are non-refundable.

This apartment is a private home, we expect our guests to respect our place and follow the Hotel’s rules.
Garbage must be taken to the garbage area to avoid insects and bad odors.
Kitchen utensils and dishes must be washed daily and before check out for sanitary reasons.
Strictly non smoking policy. If smoking inside the apartment, we will charge a minimum of 5000 baht/bedroom fee.
No parties or events, quiet hours 10pm-8am. No pets. No shoes inside.
Total number of occupants should not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
