The studio is designed with your comfort in mind, featuring a king bed, an en-suite bathroom, and a smart TV with international channels. The glass doors provide lots of daylight and lead out to a private balcony, a perfect place to start your day with a cup of coffee or relax after a day at the beach. Prepare meals and beach snacks in the kitchen that include a stovetop, microwave, fridge, kettle, and kitchenware.
The resort offers a full range of facilities, from its TripAdvisor award-winning restaurant, "Blue Mango," fitness center, and yoga classes to a multi-level infinity pool and a swim-up bar.
Shuttle service from the resort to Patong is available at an extra fee. Departure times from Twin Sands to Jungceylon Mall: at 11.00, 14.30, and 18.00. Patong to Twin Sands: at 11:20, 14:50, 19:00
For bookings of 4 weeks and longer, electricity usage is not included in the rate and charged separately at 7 baht per kWh. Please close windows when the AC is on and turn off all lights when leaving the apartment.
Cleaning service during your stay is available upon request for an additional fee, including a change of linens and towels (advance booking required). Late check-in is available upon request at no extra charge.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 45 days prior to arrival. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of ฿5,000.00. Instead of directly charging for the damage deposit, a hold will be placed on the payment card on file upon arrival. It will be automatically released on 7 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
We offer free cancellation until 14 days prior to check in on Full rate (no discount) bookings.
If you cancel between 8-13 days prior to check in, we offer a 50% refund.
Cancellations within 7 days of check in are non-refundable.
Discounted bookings are non-refundable

Rules
This apartment is a private home, we expect our guests to respect our place and follow the Resort rules.
Garbage must be taken to the garbage area to avoid insects and bad odors.
Kitchen utensils and dishes must be washed daily and before check out for sanitary reasons.
Strictly non smoking policy. If smoking inside the apartment, we will charge a minimum of 5000 baht/bedroom fee.
No parties or events, quiet hours 10pm-8am. No pets. No shoes inside.
Children must be supervised, especially around pool areas.
Total number of occupants should not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
