Your peaceful hideaway is only a 5-minute drive to Nai Harn Beach. You're also just a short drive from the fantastic local and international restaurants on Sai Yuan Road and the lively seafood spots and bars along the Rawai beachfront. Other nearby attractions like the famous Phromthep Cape and the lovely Ya Nui Beach are also easily within reach for you to explore. We recommend renting scooters or a car to fully explore the area and the island.
For bookings of 28 nights and longer, electricity is not included in the rate and will be charged at 7THB/ kWh. Please close windows and doors when using the AC, turn off the AC and lights when you leave.
Cleaning service during the stay is available upon request for an additional fee. Late check-in is available for free upon request.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 45 days prior to arrival. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of ฿5,000.00. Instead of directly charging for the damage deposit, a hold will be placed on the payment card on file upon arrival. It will be automatically released on 7 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
We offer free cancellation until 14 days prior to check in on Full rate (no discount) bookings.
If you cancel between 8-13 days prior to check in, we offer a 50% refund.
Cancellations within 7 days of check in are non-refundable.

Rules
This apartment is a private home, we expect our guests to respect our place and follow the Condo's rules.
Garbage must be taken to the garbage area to avoid insects and bad odors.
Kitchen utensils and dishes must be washed daily and before check out for sanitary reasons.
Strictly non smoking policy. If smoking inside the apartment, we will charge a minimum of 5000 baht fee.
No parties or events, quiet hours 10pm-8am. No pets. No shoes inside.
Children must be supervised, especially around pool areas. Running and diving are not allowed as any other dangerous or unsafe activities. Fireworks and lanterns are not allowed as they are a fire hazard.
Total number of occupants should not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
