This elegant two-story house, spanning 170 sqm, is the perfect retreat for couples or a small family. Every room offers peaceful, open views into the tropical canopy, bringing the beauty of nature indoors. The ground floor features an open-concept living space, complete with a comfortable lounge area and a large TV, a dining area, a convenient half bathroom, and a fully-equipped kitchen ideal for self-catering. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the interior with light and open onto a balcony overlooking lush garden vistas.
Upstairs, you will find two spacious and elegant en-suite bedrooms. Each room is appointed with a king-sized bed, air conditioning, storage for clothing, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Throughout your stay, stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi provided by the resort.
The resort provides an excellent choice of facilities that includes free parking, a kids' room and outdoor play area, a fitness room, and an on-site restaurant.
A short 4-6 mins drive from Kamala Beach, a variety of restaurants and shops, supermarkets on the main road, Carnival Magic theme park, and Kamala Night Market. To make exploring the area and the island effortless, we highly recommend renting a scooter or a car.
Electricity usage is not included in the rate and will be charged separately at 7 THB/kWh. Cleaning service during your stay is not included in the price, but can be arranged at an extra fee, advance booking required. Late check-in is available upon request, free of charge.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 45 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made after the second payment would be due, then this payment will be combined and due together with the first payment. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of ฿7,500.00. Instead of directly charging for the damage deposit, a hold will be placed on the payment card on file upon arrival. It will be automatically released on 7 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
We offer free cancellation until 14 days prior to check in on Full rate (no discount) bookings.
If you cancel between 8-13 days prior to check in, we offer a 50% refund.
Cancellations within 7 days of check in are non-refundable.

This house is a private home, we expect our guests to respect our place and follow the Resort rules.
Garbage must be taken to the designated garbage area to avoid insects and bad odors.
Kitchen utensils and dishes must be washed daily and before check out for sanitary reasons.
Strictly non smoking policy. If smoking inside the apartment, we will charge a minimum of 5000 baht/bedroom fee.
No parties or events, quiet hours 10pm-8am. No pets. No shoes inside.
Children must be supervised, especially around pool areas.
Total number of occupants should not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
