You will be just a 5 minute drive from pristine beaches, including the renowned Ao Yon Beach, one of the most beautiful in southern Phuket. A variety of restaurants, bars, convenience stores, and massage parlors are all within easy walking distance. For broader excursions, the vibrant streets of Phuket Old Town and the premier shopping at Central Phuket are only a 15 minute drive away.
For bookings of 28 nights and longer, electricity is not included in the rate and will be charged at 7 THB/ kWh. Please close windows and doors when using the AC, turn off the AC and lights when you leave.
Cleaning service during the stay is available upon request for an additional fee. Late check-in is available for free upon request.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 45 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made after the second payment would be due, then this payment will be combined and due together with the first payment. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of ฿7,500.00. Instead of directly charging for the damage deposit, a hold will be placed on the payment card on file upon arrival. It will be automatically released on 7 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
We offer free cancellation until 14 days prior to check in on Full rate (no discount) bookings.
If you cancel between 8-13 days prior to check in, we offer a 50% refund.
Cancellations within 7 days of check in are non-refundable.

This apartment is a private home, we expect our guests to respect our place and follow the Resort rules.
Garbage must be taken to the designated garbage area to avoid insects and bad odors.
Kitchen utensils and dishes must be washed daily and before check out for sanitary reasons.
Strictly non smoking policy. If smoking inside the apartment, we will charge a minimum of 5000 baht/bedroom fee.
No parties or events, quiet hours 10pm-8am. No pets. No shoes inside.
Children must be supervised, especially around pool areas.
Total number of occupants should not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
