Upstairs, two elegant en-suite bedrooms each offer a private balcony, and a bathroom with both a bath and a walk-in shower. For added convenience, a third en-suite bedroom on the main floor provides easy access.
Step directly from the living room into your private oasis,a fully fenced garden space is perfect for lounging and activities. Here you'll find a 15-meter pool with a waterfall, a pool deck with sun loungers, and an outdoor shower.
As guests of Oxygen Bangtao complex, you will have complimentary access to communal amenities, including secure parking, a fully-equipped gym, garden, and an on-site restaurant.
Electricity usage is not included in the rate and will be charged separately at 7 THB/kWh. Cleaning service during your stay is not included in the price but can be arranged for an extra fee. Late check-in is available on request, free of charge.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 45 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made after the second payment would be due, then this payment will be combined and due together with the first payment. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of ฿10,000.00. Instead of directly charging for the damage deposit, a hold will be placed on the payment card on file upon arrival. It will be automatically released on 7 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
We offer free cancellation until 14 days prior to check in on Full rate (no discount) bookings.
If you cancel between 8-13 days prior to check in, we offer a 50% refund.
Cancellations within 7 days of check in are non-refundable.

Rules
This Villa is a private home, we expect our guests to respect our place and follow the House rules.
Garbage must be taken to the designated garbage area to avoid insects and bad odors.
Kitchen utensils and dishes must be washed daily and before check out for sanitary reasons.
Strictly non smoking policy. If smoking inside the villa, we will charge a minimum of 5000 baht/bedroom fee.
No parties or events, quiet hours 10pm-8am. No pets. No shoes inside.
Children must be supervised, especially around pool areas.
Running and diving are not allowed as any other dangerous or unsafe activities.
Total number of occupants should not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
