For your dining needs, a kitchenette is fully equipped with a stovetop, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, and cookware, perfect for preparing home-cooked meals or quick beach snacks. Enjoy your meals at the dining table for two, or step out onto your private balcony to relax after a day in the sun.
As our guest, you will have exclusive access to our stunning rooftop leisure facilities. This social hub is designed for relaxation and offers panoramic views. You can take a refreshing dip in the infinity-edge pool, host a gathering at the BBQ area (Please arrange and pay directly with the front desk), or simply unwind on the spacious sky deck. For your wellness, there is a dedicated yoga space and a unique sky jogging path. The buildings are connected by scenic aerial bridges that offer beautiful views of the lagoon.
For bookings of 28 nights and longer, electricity is not included in the rate and will be charged at 7 THB/ kWh. Please close windows and doors when using the AC, turn off the AC and lights when you leave.
Cleaning service during the stay is available upon request for an additional fee. Late check-in is available for free upon request.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 45 days prior to arrival. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of ฿5,000.00. Instead of directly charging for the damage deposit, a hold will be placed on the payment card on file upon arrival. It will be automatically released on 7 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
We offer free cancellation until 14 days prior to check in on Full rate (no discount) bookings.
If you cancel between 8-13 days prior to check in, we offer a 50% refund.
Cancellations within 7 days of check in are non-refundable.

Rules
This apartment is a private home, we expect our guests to respect our place and follow the Condo's rules.
Garbage must be taken to the garbage area near elevators to avoid insects and bad odors.
Kitchen utensils and dishes must be washed daily and before check out for sanitary reasons.
Strictly non smoking policy. If smoking inside the apartment, we will charge a minimum of 5000 baht fee.
No parties or events, quiet hours 10pm-8am. No pets. No shoes inside.
Children must be supervised, especially around pool areas. Running and diving are not allowed as any other dangerous or unsafe activities. Fireworks and lanterns are not allowed as they are a fire hazard.
Total number of occupants should not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
