Glass doors open to the private balcony with tropical lush views - an ideal spot for morning coffee. There is also a washing machine in the unit for added convenience.
Retreat to a peaceful bedroom featuring a comfortable queen-size bed, a TV with international channels, air conditioning, and a wardrobe. The en-suite bathroom with a rain shower completes your private space. The space comfortably accommodates up to 3 adults, using the sofa-bed in the living room.
Enjoy resort-style amenities such as a rooftop pool with mountain and sea views (in Building B), sundeck with loungers, a fitness center, a kids’ play area, co-working space, an on-site minimart, free parking, free shuttle to the beach (scheduled and on request), and security 24/7.
For bookings of 28 nights and longer, electricity is not included in the rate and will be charged at 7THB/ kWh. Please close windows and doors when using the AC, turn off the AC and lights when you leave.
Cleaning service during the stay is available upon request for an additional fee. Late check-in is available for free upon request.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 45 days prior to arrival. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of ฿5,000.00. Instead of directly charging for the damage deposit, a hold will be placed on the payment card on file upon arrival. It will be automatically released on 7 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
We offer free cancellation until 14 days prior to check in on Full rate (no discount) bookings.
If you cancel between 8-13 days prior to check in, we offer a 50% refund.
Cancellations within 7 days of check in are non-refundable.
Discounted bookings are non-refundable

House rules:
This apartment is a private home, we expect our guests to respect our place and follow the Condo's rules.
Garbage must be taken to the designated garbage area to avoid insects and bad odors.
Kitchen utensils and dishes must be washed daily and before check out for sanitary reasons.
Strictly non smoking policy. If smoking inside the apartment, we will charge a minimum of 5000 baht/bedroom fee.
No parties or events, quiet hours 10pm-8am. No pets. No shoes inside.
Children must be supervised, especially around pool areas. Running and diving are not allowed as any other dangerous or unsafe activities.
Fireworks and lanterns are not allowed as they are a fire hazard.
Total number of occupants should not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
