The villa is conveniently located in a peaceful area just a five-minute drive from the beautiful Nai Thon Beach, known for its fine white sand and turquoise water. We recommend renting a car to easily explore the area, and the villa offers a carport for two cars with an EV charger for your convenience.
Inside, the villa boasts an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area, providing plenty of space for everyone. The interior is tastefully designed in a modern style with warm wooden details. It features comfortable seating, and a Sonos sound system to set the perfect mood. High-speed WiFi is available throughout.
The villa accommodates guests in three serene en-suite bedrooms. The master bedroom offers a king-size bed, direct access to the pool, and a bathroom with a separate bathtub and walk-in shower. Both of the other bedrooms include comfortable bedding and smart TVs, and floor-to-ceiling windows that open directly to the garden.
A fully equipped Western kitchen is ready to cater to all your culinary needs, complete with a dishwasher, fridge/freezer with an ice maker, an oven, a combo oven-microwave, a four-burner hob, a coffee machine, and all necessary kitchenware. For added convenience during longer stays, there is a separate laundry room with a washer and dryer.
Step outside to your own private oasis.The 3x9 meter pool is surrounded by tropical greenery, and the large covered pavilion on the side offers an outdoor sofa, a dining table, a BBQ grill, and sun loungers. Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 45 days prior to arrival. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of ฿10,000.00. Instead of directly charging for the damage deposit, a hold will be placed on the payment card on file upon arrival. It will be automatically released on 7 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
We offer free cancellation until 14 days prior to check in on Full rate (no discount) bookings.
If you cancel between 8-13 days prior to check in, we offer a 50% refund.
Cancellations within 7 days of check in are non-refundable.

Rules
This Villa is a private home, we expect our guests to respect our place and follow the House rules.
Garbage must be taken to the garbage area to avoid insects and bad odors.
Kitchen utensils and dishes must be washed daily and before check out for sanitary reasons.
Strictly non smoking policy. If smoking inside the house, we will charge a minimum of 5000 baht/bedroom fee.
No parties or events, quiet hours 10pm-8am. No pets. No shoes inside.
Children must be supervised, especially around pool areas.
Running and diving are not allowed as any other dangerous or unsafe activities.
Fireworks and lanterns are not allowed as they are a fire hazard.
Total number of occupants should not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
