The living room is open plan and features a comfortable sofa and a large flat-screen TV, complimentary Wi-Fi provided. Adjacent is the dining area with a long marble-topped table and chairs, set next to the kitchen.
The kitchen is stocked with everything you’ll need for self-catering, including a stove, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, and cookware.
For added convenience, a laundry room with a washing machine is located to the side, and a handy shower room is situated just inside the main entrance for use when enjoying the pool.
There are two cozy bedrooms, each furnished with a king-size or queen bed, air conditioning, a dressing area with a mirror, and an ensuite bathroom with a refreshing shower.
The property comfortably accommodates up to 4 adults. We can also host up to 2 children free of charge using the living room sofa bed; please notify us in advance so we can prepare the bedding accordingly.
The highlight of the villa is your private outdoor space, complete with a plunge pool, sundeck loungers, and a BBQ. It’s the perfect spot to relax, enjoy evening cocktails, or dining outside.
The location offers the ideal balance of tranquility and accessibility. It’s just a 7-minute walk to Kamala’s main road, with its wide variety of restaurants, bars, and shops. The upscale enclave of Surin Beach is only a 10-minute drive away, while the vibrant nightlife of Patong is approximately 15 minutes to the south. We recommend renting scooters or a car to fully explore the area and the island.
Please note that electricity usage is metered and charged separately at 7 THB per kWh. Cleaning service during your stay is not included but can be arranged for an additional fee. Late check-in is available upon request.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 45 days prior to arrival. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of ฿7,500.00. Instead of directly charging for the damage deposit, a hold will be placed on the payment card on file upon arrival. It will be automatically released on 7 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
We offer free cancellation until 14 days prior to check in on Full rate (no discount) bookings.
If you cancel between 8-13 days prior to check in, we offer a 50% refund.
Cancellations within 7 days of check in are non-refundable.

Rules
This apartment is a private home, we expect our guests to respect our place and follow the House rules.
Garbage must be taken to the designated garbage area to avoid insects and bad odors.
Kitchen utensils and dishes must be washed daily and before check out for sanitary reasons.
Strictly non smoking policy. If smoking inside the apartment, we will charge a minimum of 5000 baht/bedroom fee.
No parties or events, quiet hours 10pm-8am. No pets. No shoes inside.
Children must be supervised, especially around pool areas.
Total number of occupants should not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
