Located on the top floor, our apartment features a refined interior with a neutral color palette complemented by natural materials, creating an atmosphere of elegant, comfortable living. The living area offers a cozy seating space with a sofa and a large smart TV—perfect for unwinding. Private high speed WIFI. The convenient kitchenette is equipped with modern appliances and all the cookware you need for preparing light meals and beach snacks. An in-unit washer adds extra convenience for longer stays.
The bedroom features a comfortable king bed, a TV, a closet, a dressing table, and a private balcony with views of the resort and pool. The en-suite bathroom completes the space.
Resort amenities include on-site security, CCTV, a parking garage, a fitness center, a kids’ club, a large swimming pool with a swim-up bar, a co-working space, and a coffee shop.
For bookings of 28 nights and longer, electricity is not included in the rate and will be charged at 7THB/ kWh. Please close windows and doors when using the AC, turn off the AC and lights when you leave.
Cleaning service during the stay is available upon request for an additional fee. Late check-in is available for free upon request.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 45 days prior to arrival. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of ฿5,000.00. Instead of directly charging for the damage deposit, a hold will be placed on the payment card on file upon arrival. It will be automatically released on 7 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
We offer free cancellation until 14 days prior to check in on Full rate (no discount) bookings.
If you cancel between 8-13 days prior to check in, we offer a 50% refund.
Cancellations within 7 days of check in are non-refundable.
Discounted bookings are non-refundable

Rules
This apartment is a private home, we expect our guests to respect our place and follow the Condo's rules.
Garbage must be taken to the designated garbage area to avoid insects and bad odors.
Kitchen utensils and dishes must be washed daily and before check out for sanitary reasons.
Strictly non smoking policy. If smoking inside the apartment, we will charge a minimum of 5000 baht fee.
No parties or events, quiet hours 10pm-8am. No pets.
Total number of occupants should not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
