The entrance is on the lower level, which features two bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. On the upper level, you’ll find an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area, as well as the third en-suite bedroom. The living area opens onto a covered terrace beside the infinity-edge swimming pool, complete with a shallow wading area. Enjoy breathtaking ocean views from the pool and living area, all while maintaining complete privacy.
An outdoor staircase leads up to a large rooftop terrace, perfect for dining, entertaining, or simply relaxing. The terrace includes a sunbathing area with loungers, a Jacuzzi bathtub, a BBQ grill, a counter with a sink, and an outdoor dining area. From here, you can take in panoramic views of the jungle-covered mountains and the ocean.
The villa is fully secure, with perimeter walls and a sliding remote-control gate that provides access to private parking for up to 2 cars. Located just a 5-minute drive from Kamala Beach, the villa is also within a short drive of shops, restaurants, and low-key nightlife along Kamala’s main street. We recommend renting a motorbike or car to easily explore the area and the island.
To make your stay even more comfortable, daily housekeeping services are included in the rate. Our maid will be available six days a week to ensure the villa remains clean and tidy throughout your stay.
Electricity usage of 50kw per day is included, extra usage will be charged at 7 THB/kw. To keep costs down, please close windows and doors when using the AC and turn off the AC and lights when leaving the villa.
Please respect the neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum between 9 PM and 8 AM. Rowdy groups, loud music, offensive language, or anti-social behavior will not be tolerated.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 45 days prior to arrival. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of ฿15,000.00. Instead of directly charging for the damage deposit, a hold will be placed on the payment card on file upon arrival. It will be automatically released on 7 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
We offer free cancellation until 14 days prior to check in on Full rate (no discount) bookings.
If you cancel between 8-13 days prior to check in, we offer a 50% refund.
Cancellations within 7 days of check in are non-refundable.
Discounted bookings are non-refundable

This apartment is a private home, we expect our guests to respect our place and follow the House rules.
Garbage must be taken to the garbage area to avoid insects and bad odors.
Kitchen utensils and dishes must be washed daily and before check out for sanitary reasons.
Strictly non smoking policy. If smoking inside the apartment, we will charge a minimum of 5000 baht/bedroom fee.
No parties or events, quiet hours 10pm-8am. No pets. No shoes inside.
Children must be supervised, especially around pool areas. Running and diving are not allowed as any other dangerous or unsafe activities. Fireworks and lanterns are not allowed as they are a fire hazard.
Total number of occupants should not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
