Both bedrooms feature queen beds, air conditioning, and wardrobes, and the apartment includes one full bathroom. The large private balcony with outdoor furniture overlooks the forest — an ideal spot to unwind after a day at the beach.
Inside, you’ll find a European-style kitchen with a built-in oven, cooking hob, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, and other utensils and kitchenware you need for self-catering. There’s also a washing machine for your convenience. The lounge comes with a smart TV, high-speed internet, and TV channels.
For those needing to work remotely during their stay, the apartment includes a dedicated workspace with a desk, comfortable chair, and a computer screen, making it easy to stay productive while enjoying your holiday.
The resort is located in a safe, quiet hillside neighborhood just 1.5 km from Kamala’s main road, where you’ll find restaurants, supermarkets, and banks. Kamala Beach is 5 minutes away by bike or car. The complex offers a shuttle bus service to the beach — free at certain times (please confirm at the building reception). On-site shared amenities at The Trees Resort and at The Woods Natural Park Resort include 2 swimming pools, a gym, a sauna, a restaurant, and a children's playground. There is also convenient parking available just outside the building front door for both scooters and cars.
For bookings of 28 nights and longer, electricity is not included in the rate and will be charged at 7 THB/kWh. Please close windows and doors when using the AC, and turn off the AC and lights when you leave.
Cleaning service during your stay is available upon request for an additional fee. Late check-in is available for free upon request.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 45 days prior to arrival. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of ฿7,500.00. Instead of directly charging for the damage deposit, a hold will be placed on the payment card on file upon arrival. It will be automatically released on 7 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
We offer free cancellation until 14 days prior to check in on Full rate (no discount) bookings.
If you cancel between 8-13 days prior to check in, we offer a 50% refund.
Cancellations within 7 days of check in are non-refundable.

Rules
This apartment is a private home, we expect our guests to respect our place and follow the Condo's rules.
Garbage must be taken to the garbage area to avoid insects and bad odors.
Kitchen utensils and dishes must be washed daily and before check out for sanitary reasons.
Strictly non smoking policy. If smoking inside the apartment, we will charge a minimum of 5000 baht/bedroom fee.
No parties or events, quiet hours 10pm-8am. No pets. No shoes inside.
Children must be supervised, especially around pool areas.
Total number of occupants should not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
