Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 45 days prior to arrival. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of ฿5,000.00. Instead of directly charging for the damage deposit, a hold will be placed on the payment card on file upon arrival. It will be automatically released on 7 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
We offer free cancellation until 14 days prior to check in on Full rate (no discount) bookings.
If you cancel between 8-13 days prior to check in, we offer a 50% refund.
Cancellations within 7 days of check in are non-refundable.
Discounted bookings are non-refundable

This apartment is a private home, and we kindly ask our guests to respect the space and follow the Resort's rules.
Please take trash to the designated garbage area daily to prevent insects and bad odors.
All utensils and dishes must be washed daily and before check-out for sanitary reasons.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. A minimum fine of 5,000 THB/bedroom will be charged if smoking occurs indoors.
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Parties and events are not allowed.
Pets are not permitted.
Children must be supervised at all times, especially around pool areas.
The total number of guests should not exceed the quoted number.
