The villa is conveniently located in a peaceful area just a five-minute drive from beautiful Nai Thon Beach, known for its fine white sand and turquoise water. We recommend renting a car to easily explore the area.
This 3-bedroom villa is designed for seamless indoor-outdoor living. The open-plan living area features high ceilings and glass walls that slide open, leading to a sparkling private pool and a sun-drenched terrace surrounded by tropical greenery.
A fully equipped Western kitchen is ready to cater to all your culinary needs, perfect for preparing beach snacks or evening meals. A washing machine is also available for your convenience during longer stays.
Two queen guest rooms on the ground floor — both open directly to the pool terrace and pool area. Upstairs, the spacious master suite features a king bed, a bathroom with a deep soaking tub, and a sofa bed for two extra guests - ideal for families with children.
The rate already includes 50 kWh of electricity per day. Additional usage is charged at 7 THB/kWh based on the meter reading at check-out. To help manage usage, please close doors/windows when the AC is on and turn off AC and lights when leaving.
Cleaning service during the stay is available upon request for an additional fee. Late check-in is available for free upon request.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 45 days prior to arrival. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of ฿10,000.00. Instead of directly charging for the damage deposit, a hold will be placed on the payment card on file upon arrival. It will be automatically released on 7 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
We offer free cancellation until 14 days prior to check in on Full rate (no discount) bookings.
If you cancel between 8-13 days prior to check in, we offer a 50% refund.
Cancellations within 7 days of check in are non-refundable.

House Rules
To ensure a wonderful and safe stay for everyone, we kindly ask all guests to read and adhere to the following rules.
General Respect & Property Care
- Please treat our villa as you would your own home — with care and respect.
- Keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Rowdy groups, loud music, offensive language, and anti-social behavior are strictly prohibited.
- Please take care of all furniture, decorations, and equipment. Any damages incurred during your stay will be charged accordingly.
Guest Capacity & Events
- The total number of occupants must not exceed the agreed number unless approved in advance.
- No bachelor/hen parties, events, or large gatherings of any kind are permitted.
- No pets are allowed.
- Smoking is permitted outside the villa only (garden, terrace, or pool area).
- A deep cleaning fee of at least 5,000 THB per bedroom will be charged for smoking inside the villa.
Safety & Children
- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times, especially around the pool area.
- For safety, running, diving, and any other dangerous activities around the pool are strictly prohibited.
Check-Out Procedures
- All kitchen utensils and dishes must be washed and put away before check-out (daily washing is also appreciated to keep things tidy).
- Please take all garbage to the designated disposal area to avoid insects and odors.
