AP Grand Residence is located within the popular west coast village of Kamala, this spacious townhouse is conveniently located and ideal as a holiday or more permanent home. The development is surrounded by the lush green hills which provide the backdrop views. Situated around 3 communal pools and landscaped gardens, the house offers three good-sized bedrooms, each with en-suite facilities, over three floors.
A large swimming pool includes a bridge to cross from one deck to the other, sun loungers by the side. There is a kid's pool and a SPA pool for up to 12 people. The kid's playground is ideal to entertain.
On the ground floor the house is open plan living with a large living room with a flat screen TV, dining table and a large european style kitchen. In the back there is a small laundry room that is ideal for long stays.
On the first floor the master bedroom is ensuite with AC and features a king size bed, the balcony offers pool views and a seating area to relax.
The second bedroom has a tropical garden view, a queen size bed and ensuite shower facilities.
On the third floor a large bedroom has 2 twin beds and a sofa bed, this bedroom is ensuite as well and has terrace access. The terrace has a seating set for outdoor dining, a minifridge is also available on this floor for beverages or snacks.
Electric usage of 30 kw/day is included, extra will be charged at 7 baht per unit. Water usage is included.
Cleaning service during the stay is not included, but can be arranged at an extra fee. Cost is 1800baht and includes linen and towels change. Please book 48 hours in advance.
Late check in is available on request free of charge.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 45 days prior to arrival. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of ฿15,000.00. Instead of directly charging for the damage deposit, a hold will be placed on the payment card on file upon arrival. It will be automatically released on 7 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
We offer free cancellation until 14 days prior to check in on Full rate (no discount) bookings.
If you cancel between 8-13 days prior to check in, we offer a 50% refund.
Cancellations within 7 days of check in are non-refundable.
Discounted bookings are non-refundable

Rules
This house is a private home, we expect our guests to respect our place and follow the Residence’s rules. Garbage must be taken to the garbage area to avoid insects and bad odors. Kitchen utensils and dishes must be washed daily and before check out for sanitary reasons.
Strictly non smoking policy. If smoking inside the house, we will charge a minimum of 5000 baht/bedroom fee.
No parties or events, quiet hours 10pm-8am. No pets allowed. No shoes inside.
Children must be supervised, especially around pool areas. Running and diving are not allowed as any other dangerous or unsafe activities. Fireworks and lanterns are not allowed as they are a fire hazard.
Total number of occupants should not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
