The property is situated amongst the area’s popular sightseeing attractions, including the Phuket FantaSea, which is within walking distance. Kamala beach, local night markets and big supermarkets are just a short drive away.
On the ground floor the house is open plan living with a spacious living room with a TV and a comfortable sofa, a dining table, a fully equipped European style kitchen and a separate laundry room that is perfect for longer stays.
On the first floor the master bedroom is en-suite with AC, walk-in closet and a king size bed. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and en-suite shower facilities. The top floor houses the third bedroom with en-suite at the rear. The remainder of the floor is a large terrace, providing large space for dining and enjoying the outdoors.
Electric usage 30 kw/day is included in the price, extra usage will be charged at 7 baht per unit. Water usage is included.
Cleaning service during the stay is not included, but can be arranged at an extra fee. Cost is 1800baht and includes linen and towels change. Please book 48 hours in advance. Late check in is available on request free of charge. Please contact us in advance to provide your arrival time.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 45 days prior to arrival. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of ฿15,000.00. Instead of directly charging for the damage deposit, a hold will be placed on the payment card on file upon arrival. It will be automatically released on 7 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
We offer free cancellation until 14 days prior to check in on Full rate (no discount) bookings.
If you cancel between 8-13 days prior to check in, we offer a 50% refund.
Cancellations within 7 days of check in are non-refundable.
Discounted bookings are non-refundable

Rules
This house is a private home, we expect our guests to respect our place and follow the Residence’s rules. Garbage must be taken to the garbage area to avoid insects and bad odors. Kitchen utensils and dishes must be washed daily and before check out for sanitary reasons.
Strictly non smoking policy. If smoking inside the house, we will charge a minimum of 5000 baht/bedroom fee.
No parties or events, quiet hours 10pm-8am. No pets allowed. No shoes inside.
Children must be supervised, especially around pool areas. Running and diving are not allowed as any other dangerous or unsafe activities. Fireworks and lanterns are not allowed as they are a fire hazard.
Total number of occupants should not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
