Centrally located in Kamala, at AP West Resort estate, a short drive away from the beach, restaurants, and shopping. It's a quiet and well maintained area, facilities include free parking and 24hrs security.
The villa offers two levels with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, large kitchen/dining area and outside patio. At the entrance there is a private pool and a garden with mountain view and outdoor furniture.
On the ground floor there is a living room with a large smart TV with international movies and comfortable sofas. Kitchen has cutlery, crockery and high quality appliances including a large refrigerator with freezer, microwave, oven, cooking hob and dining table. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a queen bed and a covered patio with a washing machine for your convenience.
On the second floor the master bedroom with floor-to-ceiling windows provides great views of Kamala hills and opens up to a large terrace with seating. This bedroom has a large TV and en-suite bathroom with separate walk-in shower and bathtub. The third bedroom has a queen bed and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.
Electric usage 30 kw/day is included, extra will be charged at cost 7 baht per unit. Water usage is included.
Cleaning service during the stay is not included, price is THB1800 per cleaning. Please book your cleaning 48 hours in advance. Late check in is available on request free of charge.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 45 days prior to arrival. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of ฿15,000.00. Instead of directly charging for the damage deposit, a hold will be placed on the payment card on file upon arrival. It will be automatically released on 7 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
We offer free cancellation until 14 days prior to check in on Full rate (no discount) bookings.
If you cancel between 8-13 days prior to check in, we offer a 50% refund.
Cancellations within 7 days of check in are non-refundable.
Discounted bookings are non-refundable

Please let us know your expected arrival time in advance.
Strictly non smoking policy. If smoking inside the property we will charge a minimum of 5,000 baht fee.
No shoes inside the property. All garbage and perishables must be disposed of and dishes washed before departure.
Children must be supervised, specially around pool areas. Running and diving are not allowed as any other dangerous or unsafe activities. Fireworks and lanterns are not allowed as they are fire hazard.
Cleaning is not included in the price, cleaning will be charged 1800 baht if required (includes linen and towel change). Please book your cleaning with minimum 48 hours advance notice.

Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am. No pets allowed
Total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
